Dexpanthenol – a derivative of pantothenic acid. Pantothenic acid – a water-soluble B vitamin – is an integral part of coenzyme A. It stimulates the regeneration of the skin, normalizes cellular metabolism, increases the strength of collagen fibers. Increasing demand for pantothenic acid occurs when damaged skin or tissue, and it can make up for the lack by topical application of proviron libido. The optimal molecular weight, hydrophilicity and low polarity allow its penetration into all layers of the skin. It has a regenerative, mild anti-inflammatory effect, nourishes and softens the skin. Adjuvants enhance the properties of the cream.

Pharmacokinetics when applied topically is rapidly absorbed and converted into pantothenic acid, binds to plasma proteins (mainly beta-globulin and albumin).

Indications

Dosing and Administration
